    1998 pre 2002 wt

I am in desperate need of a drivers side windshield for a 98 pre 2002 wt....i can not find one anywhere and they no longer make them from the fractory...If anyone can help me hunt one down or know anyone that might be parting out a boat from around these years would really be appreciated.
I know that many of the the models from the years around 98 had the same windshield. so any help or information anyone might have would be a big help.

Don't know if this will help but my buddy's '85 Ski Nautique windshield broke last year and he replaced it with plexiglass. I know some have said that they don't care for plexi glass but it was a ton cheaper and it looks good.

This comes up every few years. Unfortunately, not much help is available. No one really follows up with the outcome? Here are some ideas. My guess is you will need to purchase a whole new windshield an install it? Good luck! Let us know what you find out.

Well the only thing i have found out is like you said Allen, Tige is willing to work with me to find out with newer style windshield still in production that would fit the template layout of my windshield. They want to sell me a complete windshield and frame, then have me give them my dimensions of the walk through glass and make me a custom cut piece to fit to the newer windshield....all in all they said its gonna cost about $1600 just to get the new windshield and frame to my doorstep, then have to pay someone to install it....quite an expensive fix!!!!! i think im just going to have someone slap a piece of plexiglass in there if they can match the curve and then im going to sell the boat....i might try selling it without the windshield and just take a hit on what i can get for it...sad situation...crazy how one little section of windshield can cost thousands to replace and thousands on a resale....oh well...ive got an 03 tige now at my disposal so dont need this boat anymore...just trying to recoup some of the money to be able to throw down on my other hobby, sand rails!!!! look for my boat to be up for sale soon on here...gonna spend the next two months getting everything else as nice clean and perfect as possible to draw away from the windshield as much as possible lol. thanks for the help

Thanks for the update. Sorry you didn't find a better solution.
None of those other companies I linked were cheaper than that?

i tried taylor made a while back as they where the original makers of my windshield, they didnt lend much help and said a custom complete windshield would be the way to go and that being said would recomend me going with tige for that. the iboats curved windshields MIGHT work if i found the right size to match up as close as possible...but if im gonna spend 1k on that windshield that is soon to not be produced as well...might as well go with the new tige windshield in fear that if shattered glass was ever a problem again..it could easily be fixed with "factory" glass....that is of course if it isnt 6 years down the road when they decide to stop making the current model glass haha
