Does it say Tige on it? What is the smallest diameter tower it will fit? Do you know what brand it is? Thanx

KKO; Yes the Tige logo is stamped on the arm right in front of the smallest hole. Fully tightened, the diameter is 2-3/8" The mirror is a Cipa brand, Not sure who made the arms for tige.
