Look in my Gallery, there are two shots in there to see what the bimini looks like and one of the tower. I am not sure if I can copy them into here.

I think it would fit your boat, but I will check with my dealer. Also, I will measure it this morning to check the mounting requirements.

While your asking, see if it will fit a 2001 21i.
I think it whould, if so, I maybe interested.

I'm headed to the gallary to check it out.

The measurements I have from when I was sizing up for my new tower are:

          Front across: 73 1/2 "
          Back across : 90 1/2" (maybe 91")
          Front to back : 66 1/2"

All these are center to center. These may be a little off (1/4" or less) since I was having to measure on my own. If it is close, I will remeasure to make sure.

I talked to the dealer and he did not believe the tower would fit these two boats. You would need 102" beam on the boat.

            Does the tower fold down?

Hyco Lake has very low brdges, so a collapsible is a must.

The tower does fold down flat. Remove two pins in the front.

I would also say compare the measurements to see how close it may be.

I just confirmed from Tige, this tower can be narrowed. The way it works if the H bar that connects the two sides would be shortened. You can either have a local welder do this or I might be able to contact Metcraft and see if they would narrow just the H bar.

                    Cheeky,

As of now I'm having transmission problem which is a bigger concern. Might have to do a complete rebuild. Ugh!!

Anyway, I keep it in mind and if you still have it after I find out what kind of hit I'm going to take on the trany I'll be in touch. I have a couple welders at my business, so maybe shortening it won't be that big of a deal. Did they say to take some of the bar out, or to bend it in. If they said to take out, where did they suggest.

The way I understood, it would be take it out. I need to download a picture from my camera to help explain. There is a support that looks like a big H that connects the four legs. If the ends of the H are taken in, it will fit a narrower boat.

I went on and researched this as most that wanted the tower did not have 102" beam. I also have Metcrafts number and we can confirm with him to double check this. Everything I have seen and been told to this point say sthis would work fine, but I like to make sure there are not questions. I started reasearching the towe rmod since I saw this exact tower on a 21 i riders, I knew there had to be a way to make it fit. Turns out to be fairly straight forward.

BTW, sorry to hear about the tranny. Hopefully it will be something minor to repair. My first boat truly was Break out another thousand everytime we went out.
