I have the same rack, just latches a bit different, and they also work on the switchblade and the razor.

Are the wake racks wide enough to accomodate, for example, an Inland Surfer Blue Lake board?

Yes, the surf rack, will work for the blue lake, I just sold the blue lake, but I had one recently. It is 1 3/4" open. I have a better video also, you can see more clear how it works. I have this rack on my tower, only it doesn't latch open and close the same way. But the rack part is the same. Its beautiful high quality CNC machined aluminum, rock solid, and engineered like only samson can. Here is a new video, you can see the mechanism MUCH better, and you can see this is the wake/surf rack.

Thanks for the extra info. We will probably not have an idea of AlphaZ bimini interaction until someone takes the plunge. I have to spend $240 or so on a replacement finger for the stock rack any ways ...

Those pics are from my dealers showroom ( Redline Watersports) In Canada. He works very close with Scott from Samson..

The ones in the pics are the production racks and are awesome! The pics do not do them justice. The mounting point to the tower is machined to be very stylish with a cool pattern and then powder coated black. They clear both the Bimini and the speakers when folded in and just finish off the tower just right.

Yes, until you are in front of one of samson's products, do you get the complete picture. The quality and fit and finish are incredible. You should see his shop where he builds everything.
