ATX Surf Boats Introduces the all-new 20 Type-S
Abilene, TX — ATX Surf Boats launched the 20 Type-S today, adding its third model to the brand’s growing fleet. The all-new 20 Type-S can take on any sport, any water, and boats of any size. Designed and engineered to defy the perception of what a 20-footer can do, the remarkably spacious 20 Type-S delivers more value, versatility, and fun, but in a more compact package.
The ATX Surf Boats brand launched on August 1, 2019, with the 22 & 24 Type-S models. The ATX brand provides buyers with maximum experience and style, all while keeping it to minimal investment. ATX is designed to give the broader market a unique entry into the inboard segment. The 20 Type-S is no exception to their market strategy, offering a starting price of $68,125.
“After the huge success of ATX Surf Boats in our first year, we’re ready and excited for the 20 Type-S to contribute to our fast, continued growth,” stated Charlie Pigeon, Owner, and CEO of Tigé Boats, Inc. “We would put the 20 Type-S up against any of the bigger boats in the market, the performance of this boat is just incredible.”
Boasting a 102“ beam and the deepest freeboard in the 20’ segment, the 20 Type-S leads the industry in cockpit space and an unmatched amount of storage. You won’t feel like you’re in a 20’ boat when you’re lounging in the spacious bow or hanging out on the transom in the standard built-in seats. Other key features of the 20 Type-S include the Convex V Hull, TAPS3T and the Go System, 2,750 lbs of ballast, the easy assist Shock Tower, ATXperience Control system (7" touch screen and switch system), 6.2L Closed Cooled Engine by Indmar, and so much more. The 2021 ATX product line is offered by a world-class, worldwide network of dealers who will offer sales and service for the ATX product. Learn more about the ATX product line here.

by Matt GarciaThe following article is how to change an impeller on a 2001 Tigé 2300 V with a MerCruiser 350 Mag engine. Other Tigé V-drive models may be similar. If you have a Direct Drive model you may pick up some useful tips, but the procedure for removing the pump will not apply.

by Matt GarciaThis article will help you change a steering cable with a Teleflex rack system. This will only cover changing the steering cable and not how to remove parts of the interior and flooring to get to the steering cable as there are a lot of different boats that this same procedure will work on.
