We surf about 90 percent of the time. Both boats need to have ballast swapped out to bigger bags. Both are around same price. Which would you buy?

We recently had a flood and the boat floated up into the rafters and broke the starboard glass and bent the frame slightly. Model is a 2000 21i, so parts seem to be hard to come by.
